NATA BOARD MEETING: The NATA Board meeting will be held on Thursday, September 28 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Omaha/LaVista Hotel & Conference Center. All NATA members are invited to attend NATA Board meetings. If you plan to attend, please RSVP.
NATA CELEBRATION (Blacktie Optional Dinner): The reception and dinner will be held on Thursday, September 28 at the Happy Hollow Country Club, 1701 S. 105th St., Omaha. The reception is at 6:30 p.m., dinner and awards presentation is at 7:30 p.m. Reservations are $85.00 per person. Click here to make reservations.
NATA ANNUAL MEETING AND FALL SEMINAR REGISTRATION FEES: The registration fee is $225.00 for non-members. The discounted registration fee for NATA members is $175.00. The seminar registration fee includes breaks, luncheon, electronic course materials and all lectures.
The written materials for NATA’s seminar will be in electronic format, and will be available on NATA’s website prior to the seminar. A link to the materials will be e mailed 3-4 days in advance of the seminar to all those who pre-registered. In addition, the materials will be distributed to registrants on CD ROM at the seminar. Wireless Internet is available at the seminar so that materials can be viewed online. We encourage registrants to bring their laptops or iPads.
If you would prefer a printed copy of the materials to be given to you at the seminar, there will be an additional charge to the registration fee. Please call the NATA office at (402) 435-5526 if you would like a printed copy of the materials. Printed materials must be ordered one week prior to the seminar.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites Omaha/LaVista Hotel & Conference Center for Thursday night, September 28. The rate is $129 per night. To make reservations call the Embassy Suites LaVista at (402) 331-7400, and request the group name "NATA.” Cut-off date for reservations is August 28, 2017.
TAX DEDUCTION: Educational expenses, including registration fees, hotel and travel expenses are deductible if the course aids or improves in maintaining educational skills. (See Treasury reg. 1-162-5)
