INFORMATION FOR REGISTRANTS

SEMINAR REGISTRATION FEES: The seminar registration fee includes breaks, lectures, and electronic course materials. The registration fee is $225.00 for non-members. The discounted registration fee for NATA members is $175.00.

MANDATORY CLE & SEMINAR SCHEDULE OPTIONS: NATA is an accredited sponsor under the regulations of the Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado Supreme Court Boards of Continuing Legal Education. This seminar has been approved for 5.5 hours  toward the mandatory CLE requirements, 1 hour of which will apply to Ethics. Nebraska Activity Number 147447.  Iowa Activity Number is 272949

COURSE MATERIALS: The written materials for NATA’s seminar will be in electronic format, and will be available on NATA’s website prior to the seminar.  A link to the materials will be e mailed 3-4 days in advance of the seminar to all those who pre-registered.   In addition, the materials will be distributed to registrants on CD ROM at the seminar.  Wireless Internet is available at the seminar so that materials can be viewed online.  We encourage registrants to bring their laptops or iPads.

If you would prefer a printed copy of the materials to be given to you at the seminar, there will be an additional charge to the registration fee.  Please call the NATA office at (402) 435-5526 if you would like a printed copy of the materials.  Printed materials must be ordered one week prior to the seminar.

TAX DEDUCTION: Educational expenses, including registration fees, hotel and travel expenses are deductible if the course aids or improves in maintaining educational skills. (See Treasury reg. 1-162-5)

Location

Downtown Embassy Suites

The Downtown Embassy Suites is located at 1040 "P" Street, Lincoln.  From I-80: Take the downtown exit onto I-180 South. Proceed to P Street and turn left. The hotel is on the corner of 10th and P Street.  Parking Garages are located on the east and west sides of the hotel.


Cancellation Policy

Refunds in full will be made if cancellations are received by November 24, 2017.  After that date there will be an administrative fee charged for late cancellation.
