MANDATORY CLE
NATA is an accredited sponsor under the regulations of the Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado Supreme Court Boards of Continuing Legal Education. The program has been pre approved and will provide 6.15 hours toward the mandatory CLE requirements, 1 hour of which will apply to Ethics credit.

REGISTRATION FEES:  The seminar registration fee includes breaks, lectures and course materials.  All materials will be distributed electronically to registrants prior to the seminar.  The registration fee for non members is $215.00.  The discounted registration fee for NATA members is $165.00.  The registration fee for NATA Sustaining Members, Members of the Judiciary, and NATA Law Student Members is $72.50.  There is no charge for Circle of Advocates, but registration is required.  The registration fee for paralegals who attend with an attorney is $130.00.  The fee for paralegals who attend without an attorney is $165.00

The written materials for NATA's seminar will be in electronic format, and will be available on NATA's website for registrants to view and download prior to the seminar.  In addition, the materials will be distributed to registrants on CDs at the seminar.  Wireless internet is also available at the Scott Conference Center so that materials can be viewed online.  We encourage registrants to bring their laptops or iPads.

TAX DEDUCTION
Educational expenses, including registration fees, hotel and travel expenses are deductible if the course aids or improves in maintaining educational skills. (See Treasury reg. 1-162-5)
