INFORMATION FOR REGISTRANTS

NATA 2019 ANNUAL MEETING AND FALL SEMINAR REGISTRATION FEES:  
The registration fee is $250.00 for non-members. The discounted registration fee for NATA members is $195.00.  The seminar registration fee includes lectures, electronic course materials, continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and payment for registrants’ Nebraska MCLE credit.

The written materials for NATA’s seminar will be in electronic format, and will be available on NATA’s website prior to the seminar.  A link to the materials will be e mailed 3-4 days in advance of the seminar to all those who pre-registered.   In addition, the materials will be distributed to registrants on flash drives at the seminar.  Wireless Internet is available at the seminar so that materials can be viewed online.  We encourage registrants to bring their laptops or iPads

ETHICS PRESENTATION:

The Ethics presentation by Mark Weber, Nebraska Counsel for Discipline is at no charge to all Nebraska Attorney. Registration is required as notification that you will be attending.

MANDATORY CLE:
NATA is an accredited sponsor under the regulations of the Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado Supreme Court Boards of Continuing Legal Education. The seminar has been approved for 6.25 hours of Nebraska MCLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics.  Nebraska MCLE Activity #176735 . The seminar has been approved for 6.75 hours of Iowa MCLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics. Iowa Activity #328062

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Refunds in full will be made if cancellations are received by September 6, 2019. After that date there will be an administrative fee charged for late cancellation.

TAX DEDUCTION:
Educational expenses, including registration fees, hotel and travel expenses are deductible if the course aids or improves in maintaining educational skills. (See Treasury reg. 1-162-5)

Location

SCOTT CONFERENCE CENTER: DIRECTIONS AND PARKING

The Scott Conference Center is located at 6450 Pine St., Omaha. From I-80 East take Exit 449 for 72nd Street.  Turn left onto South 72nd Street, and proceed north to Pine Street. Turn right onto Pine Street, and proceed east to the Scott Conference Center which will be on the left.  Parking is available across the street from the conference center in Parking Lot 9.


Travel/Accommodations

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The Hilton Garden Inn, 6737 Frances St.,  located in Aksarben Village has extended a special rate for those attending the meeting at the Scott Conference Center.  The room rate is $124.00 per night and includes breakfast.  To make reservations, please call the Hilton Garden Inn directly at (402) 334-4441.  The Group Code is NAT. Deadline for reservations is August 31, 2019.
