NATA's 2023 Annual Meeting and Fall Seminar Hybrid offers a choice of attending in person at the Scott Conference Center in Omaha or online from the comfort of your home or office. NATA is an accredited sponsor under the regulations of the Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado Supreme Court Boards of Continuing Legal Education. The seminar has been approved for 6.5 hours of MCLE credit, including 2 hours of ethics, which will apply to the mandatory requirements. THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21
NATA ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RECEPTION AND DINNER
Join your colleagues at NATA’s Annual Membership Celebration Reception and Dinner the evening before the seminar. The reception and dinner will be held on Thursday, September 21 at Lucile's Old Market, 505 S. 10th St., Omaha. The reception is at 6:30 p.m., dinner is at 7:30 p.m. Reservations are $85.00 per person. Please make reservations early as space is limited. Reservations will be taken until September 7 or until sellout. Make reservations online.
NATA ANNUAL MEETING & FALL SEMINAR REGISTRATION FEES: The registration fee is $250.00 for non-members. The discounted registration fee for NATA members is $195.00. Registration fees are the same for both the live seminar at the Scott Conference Center and the Live Webinar. The seminar registration fee includes lectures, electronic course materials, and payment for registrants’ Nebraska MCLE credit.
The written materials for NATA’s seminar will be in electronic format and will be available on NATA’s website prior to the seminar. A reconfirmation of your registration with a link to the materials will be e mailed 3-4 days in advance of the seminar to all those who pre-registered. For those registering for the live webinar, the reconfirmation of your registration will include a link to join the webinar.
For those attending in person at the Scott Center, wireless Internet will be available at the seminar so that materials can be viewed online. We encourage registrants to bring their laptops or iPads.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Refunds in full will be made if cancellations are received by September 15, 2023. After that date there will be an administrative fee charged for late cancellation.
TAX DEDUCTION: Educational expenses, including registration fees, hotel and travel expenses are deductible if the course aids or improves in maintaining educational skills. (See Treasury reg. 1-162-5)
