NATA PAC
NATA PAC is a Nebraska political action committee that supports the races of pro-civil justice candidates and incumbents from both sides of the political aisle.
• NATA PAC is nonpartisan, and the PAC’s giving is bipartisan.
• NATA PAC contributes $300,000 every biennial campaign cycle to candidates who stand with you to ensure Nebraskans have their day in court.
• Contributions to NATA PAC are voluntary and no membership dues go toward the PAC.

Letter to NATA Members
Dear NATA Members,
NATA PAC, the political arm of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, is a mechanism for supporting political candidates whose views agree with NATA's commitment to the civil justice system ensuring equal access to the courts for all Nebraskans.
Any candidate may be eligible for money from NATA PAC regardless of political affiliation. NATA and NATA PAC encourages their members to identify candidates that they believe would be worthy of support. Each candidate who requests a campaign contribution is interviewed by members of NATA to determine whether or not the candidate would look favorably at legislation designed to protect and enhance the civil justice system. That information is then returned to the NATA PAC Trustees who make the final decision with regard to contributions. The contribution is always made in the name of NATA PAC and usually delivered by the member who recommended the contribution.
We invite you to join NATA PAC, an organization dedicated to protecting the integrity of the adversary system and the rights of your clients. Your greatest benefit in joining the organized voice of committed lawyers across Nebraska is seeing the positive legislative results of your participation in an ongoing organized approach to political action.
